Omelette Recipe Simple and Easy

One sure way to put a smile on my wife's face in the morning is to make her an omelette.  She loves them with cheese, ham, chopped green peppers, onions, mushrooms.  Many people refer to this as a western omelette.  What ever you call it, I have to admit it is one of my favorites too.  With a little practice, you can whip these out in no time.  What a great way to start off the day!!

Chicken Paprikash Hungarian Recipe Simple

When I was growing up, one of my favorite dishes was Chicken Paprikash.  My mother was 100% Hungarian and made this every so often.  Boy, I can remember how the smell of that cooking just made my day.  The great thing is this recipe is very simple and inexpensive to make.  I have found I like the Tones brand of Spanish paprika to be the best.  For this recipe, all you need is:
  • 1-2 pounds of chicken
  • 1 large tub of sour cream
  • 5 cups of flour
  • 5 eggs
  • Wyler's chicken flavor granules
Try this one--you cannot lose.  It will be one of your families favorites.  Let me know what you think!
